These Website Terms and Conditions of Use (the “Website Terms”) govern access to and browsing of the Orba website (the “Website” or the “Site”). By accessing and using the Website, you become a user and fully and unconditionally accept these Website Terms. If you do not agree to them, you must not access or use the Website.

The Website is provided solely for informational and promotional purposes. Through it, you can learn about Orba and its features, browse editorial content (including the blog, manifesto, team information and the information section for businesses), access frequently asked questions, subscribe to the newsletter and download the Orba mobile application (the “App”) through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

Your use of these features is also governed by these Website Terms and, with regard to the processing of personal data, by the Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”).

The Website does not allow you to create an account, sign in, use the App's financial features, make payments or purchase paid services.

Access to and use of the App, as well as any services provided through it, are governed exclusively by the App Terms and Conditions of Use (the “Terms”) and its Privacy Policy, which you must accept within the App. We recommend that you read both documents before downloading and using the App.

The Website provides a newsletter subscription form. By providing your email address, you agree to receive communications from Orba containing information about personal finance, astrology and App updates. You may unsubscribe at any time, free of charge, by using the link included in each communication or by contacting privacy@stellistechapp.com.

Any personal data you provide through the Website forms will be processed by Orba, as data controller, in order to respond to your request, manage your subscription and send you the relevant communications. Such processing is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Website Terms and sets out the legal basis, purposes, recipients and your data protection rights.

All content and elements of the Website, including without limitation texts, graphics, images, illustrations, designs, interfaces, trademarks, trade names and logos, together with their selection and arrangement, are the exclusive property of Orba, its licensors or third parties that have authorised their use, and are protected by Spanish, European and international intellectual and industrial property laws.

Access to the Website does not entail the transfer, assignment or waiver of any rights over such elements. Their reproduction, distribution, transformation, public communication or any other use without Orba's prior written authorisation is prohibited, except where expressly permitted by law.

The Website may contain links to third-party websites, platforms or services, including the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. These links are provided solely for your convenience. Orba does not control and is not responsible for the content, policies or operation of those third-party websites or services, whose use is governed by their own terms and conditions and privacy policies.

The Website is provided “as is” and “as available”, without any guarantee that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free. Orba reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend, interrupt or discontinue access to the Website, and to modify its content, structure, design or features at any time without prior notice. The applicable version will be the version published on the Website at the time you access it; we recommend reviewing it periodically.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Orba shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from access to, use of or inability to use the Website, or from access to or use of any third-party websites or services linked from it.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Spanish law, irrespective of any conflict-of-laws principles that may otherwise apply. Access to and use of the Website shall be deemed to take place in Spain, regardless of the location from which you access it, and any matter relating to the interpretation, validity or enforcement of these Terms shall be subject to the Spanish legislation in force from time to time.

Nothing in this clause affects any rights you may have as a consumer under the mandatory laws of your country of residence within the European Economic Area.

If any controversy, claim or dispute arises in connection with these Website Terms, you and Orba agree to attempt to resolve it amicably and in good faith within a reasonable period.

If an amicable solution cannot be reached, and unless consumer protection laws provide otherwise, any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the city of Madrid, Spain.
